Product Description
Ogauge is a pathbreaking device, which combines several functions in instrumentation in one single device. It is an IIoT pressure gauge, switch, a transmitter and also a datalogger. With its integrated pressure measurement cell, a full coloured OLED display and 4 switching outputs, the Ogauge offers the user all the advantages of a modern electronic pressure switch, gauge and a transmitter. 4 switching points and switch-back points can be adjusted very simply and independently of one another using the onboard capacitive touch keypad. Programming is also possible through a mobile app. These can also be remotely set by an authorised person from a cloud based dashboard.
In many applications, it is important to measure and display the upstream and downstream pressure, alongwith the differential pressure. Planar differential gauges can display both upstream, downstream pressures as also the differential pressure. All the subsequent logic can be built on the differential pressure, and the 4 inbuilt solid state relays rated at 5A, 250 VAC can be configured for triggering subsequent elements in the logic.
They also can be easily mounted on a standard manifold valve vertically.
By connecting it to the cloudbased dashboard, through a simple wifi router, these gauges can be monitored remotely. All the data received can be used effectively to analyse trends, predict events, or even automate inventory by pairing it with your ERP.
